The error that appears is as follows, and it is only resolved by restoring to a restore point on the clients prior to January 24. We are unable to find a solution, and we have many colleagues who are unable to work.

Hello Rocco De Luca, The error code CAA2000C indicates that the user is required to permit Single Sign-On (SSO) for the application they are trying to access. This means that the user needs to provide consent for the application to access their account information and authenticate them automatically. To resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the steps below: Go to the application login page and enter their credentials. When prompted to permit SSO, the user should click on the "Permit" or "Allow" button to provide consent. If the user has previously denied SSO for the application, they may need to clear their browser cache and cookies and try again. If the issue persists, the user should contact their IT administrator or the application support team for further assistance. It's important to note that SSO is a convenient feature that allows users to access multiple applications without having to enter their credentials each time. However, it's also important to be cautious and only permit SSO for trusted applications. Hope this helps you please consider accepting the answer to help increase visibility of this question for other members of the Microsoft Q&A community. So in my case, I start Remote Desktop and the stored connection (In my case, this is a remote connection with the subscribed URL. ), log in with user and password, then an auth. Code for our company, then the error occurs or the login fails. User, password, auth. Code are in order and also work Browser cache is also deleted. It is also strange that this error only occurs for some people after they have installed these updates from 24.01.24. The whole thing works again if you reset to an earlier restore point in time, etc.
