No network drivers on new PC

I just built a PC and i downloaded windows 10, but I do not have the network drivers needed to connect to the internet. The problem is I cant download the drivers because I do not have WIFI. I downloaded the drivers from my friends PC to mine, and it did not resolve the issue. I would love some help because I am anxious to be able to use my PC.

    Hello,

    1. The Wi-Fi function is turned on via selecting the "No internet connection" icon on the right side of the taskbar.
    2. The Airplane mode is turned off.
    3. The physical Wi-Fi switch on your laptop is turned on if your device has this switch. Also, try the system built-in network troubleshooting and check the result.
