Hello, yesterday morning I had a problem with my chatgbt 4 vision model, it didn't work very well, it reported errors in communication, I waited a long time for an answer, I deleted it and then when I wanted to install it, it was not among the available models, I sent a question supportive but I haven't received an answer yet, has anyone encountered a similar problem? Thank you

Oh okay. Do you have a proper support plan? so you can reach out to Microsoft support for a quicker resolution. Else you can wait for few hours or a day to see if any other expert can throw in some fix or ideas.

It's not clear to me, I had the model yesterday morning, it gave me an error, it didn't work, or I waited a long time for an answer, I deleted the model. Hi @Nenad Kvocka ,

I faced this in past and realized that sometimes it takes time to refresh. Next time, whenever it happens again, I would suggest you to wait for few mins, log out of the portal and login back. After that, it should be alright.

Hi @Nenad Kvocka , I have consulted internally with the products team and found out that, as a temporary measure, GPT-4 Turbo with Vision is not available for new deployments at the moment and this information has been updated in our documentation.

The team will be adding additional capacity in the future, but no ETA. We are sorry for any trouble this may have created for you. Thanks Saurabh
