Link services giving connection failed message

When trying to test connection on a linked service I get the error:

Connection failed Failed to get response from server, please check network connection and retry. Contact support or send feedback if the issue persists. Activity ID: 88c251e4-f903-4714-b666-d4e08471580e

I get this on all linked services (AKV, ADLS, SQL)

When running pipelines using these linked services they run without issues.

Update: I've just realised this is only happening when I access the data factory on my normal laptop. If I log into the data factory on another PC the test of the connection completes without issues.

    @Matt Harper Can you please check if you are getting any errors in the browser console (open Developer Tools or press F12 on the browser) while testing the connection.

    Your system may not be able to resolve the DNS name of the Data Plane endpoint due to issues in your network. Is the other PC using a different network ?
