this message is being displaying for more than a week We’re updating Settings. It should be ready to use again shortly. my system settings is not opening at all. how to fix it?

    Hello, Open cmd window and type command below to check if system setting could be opened. start ms-settings: Check for Windows Update, if any update could be found, install it. Create a new user accound to log in to check if system setting could be opened. Open CMD window, try to run the commands below: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth SFC /scannow Best Regards, Hania Lian
