How can we enable to get a read receipt for every email sent to external by a individual mailbox automatically.

HI,

I am looking to enable a read receipt for every email sent from a unmonitored mailbox (used for Mass Mailing) using any rule or setup command to enable it forever. is it possible.?.

If possible, please help me in doing this.

    As the link Andy posts, you could only set it on Outlook/OWA. I'm afraid Exchange rules doesn't have such action.
    So if it's the application who sending the messages, there's nothing we can do for it.

    Hi Andy,

    Thank you for the response. The question is i like it to be enabled only once and it has to do it job for every email sent from this mailbox without a user intervention as we use this mailbox to run the mass mailing using an application.

    this what the user wants.

    "Business is planning to send an emails (using an application) to all members (external Users) and would like get a read receipt and track it."
