Unable to choose GPT-Vision model version in any region

Question

As per this matrix, I was expecting to be able to select 'vision-preview' as model version in either of the following regions - Switzerland North, Sweden Central, Australia East or West US. However, I am unable to see 'vision-preview' as model version in any of these regions. Why is this happening?

To deploy GPT-4 Turbo with Vision Preview model, under Deployments select model gpt-4. For Model version select vision-preview.

GPT4 is GPT-4 and GPT-4 Turbo Preview model availability varies based on regions.

It is available on the above mentioned regions where model is available only to subscriptions with previous access to that model/region. But due to current capacity restrictions, As a temporary measure, GPT-4 Turbo with Vision is currently unavailable to new customers.

No new deployments are allowed for GPTV at this time. The team will be adding additional capacity in the future, but no ETA.

Update: We re-enabled "gpt-4 vision preview" in Sweden Central, West US and Japan East. Switzerland North is way overloaded so we aren’t able to accept any more traffic at this time.
