Hi @Christian D ， Does this problem only occur in the new version of Outlook? Could you please provide the detailed version of Outlook? Can your account be connected in the classic version of Outlook? It is also recommended that you try adding the account from the Control Panel to see if it can be connected. (Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > Add a new profile, then add your account)

Its only a problem in the new outlook. The mail works fine in the old outlook. I dont have the mail option in control panel. I dont know why my replies keep getting deleted
