Verify academic eligibility for Microsoft 365 Education subscriptions is not replied in 10 business days.

Question

Hello to all with respect , I have a free trial on microsoft 365 education trial for about 3 weeks. I applied the domain for my school. I go to admin center e and to your product tab everyday. It's been 13 business days, but no approval of my school academic eligibility. Please is there something I can do with this step. We need to get acess to use microsoft teams and education features for our students who are in war zones to give online education. My school is from a developing country and no one in my country have ever been used this microsoft 365 education for school. Please guide us. We're all praying to get the best news.
