How to fix AADSTS50011: The redirect URI

Hi there, My access to SharePoint suddenly does not work, I get the following message: AADSTS50011: The redirect URI 'https://[mycompanyname].sharepoint.com/_forms/default.aspx' specified in the request does not match the redirect URIs configured for the application '00000003-0000-0ff1-ce00-000000000000'. Make sure the redirect URI sent in the request matches one added to your application in the Azure portal. Nothing has changed at my end. I followed the prompts of how to fix it though Azure but got stuck at the App registrations tab with no option of taking any further action. Your input would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, JP

I understand that you are facing an issue with accessing SharePoint and receiving an error message "AADSTS50011: The redirect URI 'https://[mycompanyname].sharepoint.com/_forms/default.aspx' specified in the request does not match the redirect URIs configured for the application '00000003-0000-0ff1-ce00-000000000000'. Make sure the redirect URI sent in the request matches one added to your application in the Azure portal."

This error occurs if the redirect URI (reply URL) configured in the application (code) and the Microsoft Entra app registration don't match.

This started happening in my company as well but it is happening with Office 365 SharePoint Online. The Redirect URI is not something we setup ever its controlled by Microsoft for this application we've only ever assigned SharePoint licenses to users and now they can access what they need. They can still access other SharePoint sites without issue but one is giving them that same error.

I am also having the same issue trying to access Sharepoint Online. The fix that you have provided does not work as the application in the error (00000003-0000-0ff1-ce00-000000000000) is Sharepoint Online itself and therefore the Redirect URI cannot be changed in this manner

I'm having the same issue at my company. It started randomly around 3:30 PM last night. It's SharePoint online and adding it to the SharePoint Online Client Extension did not correct it. I have a ticket in to Microsoft but I'm still waiting to hear back. This site has remained the same for years. Maybe a wider issue?

I am having the same issue at my company. It started around 3:30 PM yesterday. It's the address for my main SharePoint site. I tried adding the SharePoint Online Client Extension but no luck. I put a ticket into Microsoft but I'm still waiting to hear back. Maybe a wider issue?

We're experiencing the same issue at our company as well. Started the morning of 7-Feb. We also tried adding it to the SharePoint Online Client Extension to no avail. This definitely seems like a wider problem, still waiting on a callback from Microsoft.

I'm encountering the same issue here. I attempting both to use and deploy my SharePoint add-in, but always receiving the same error. This is happening on a developer site collection in sharepoint online.

It was running fine today morning but gave the same error after 11:15 AM as per the indian standard time, does anyone have the updates on this?
