Hi, I just setup a new WSUS (WSUS3) and configure it as a replica server from the upstream server (WSUS2) for the WSUS migration. All setting can be download, but I found there are 26 updates didn't download. I tried to run the "wsusutil reset". All files download again but it stops on these 26 files again.

In application event log, it has error 364:

Content file download failed.

Reason: HTTP status 404: The requested URL does not exist on the server

Source file: /Content/B5/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.wim

Destination File: d:\wsus\WsusContent/B5/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.wim

I checked the source folder that wim.file is exist. Any it only has 3 of this error in event log, but it shows 26 update not downloaded. Any idea?

(The upstream server also is a download stream server from another WSUS) (WSUS1 > WSUS2 > New WSUS3 (replica of WSUS2)) User's image

Yes - this is due to the new requirements for UUP. You should also setup the .msu mimetype too. https://www.ajtek.ca/guides/how-to-prepare-for-on-prem-wsus-uup-updates/
