Not compatible Wired Digital Pen & Mouse from Quest with Windows 10

Question

So I have a wired digital pen and I want to install it to my pc with Windows 10 but the pen is pretty old and I get the error "-1603 Fatal error during installation". The pen is compatible with Windows XP so it is probably a compatibility problem. Does anyone know whether can I make it work on Windows 10?

If it is a compatibility problem, the only solution should be purchasing a new pen.

Unfortunately I will have to buy a new pen probably, but thanks for the assist!
