I am having trouble creating an instance for openai model deployment using my free account. Can anyone guide me on how to create the instance using the free account? Thank you.
Currently the Free subscription and Azure For Students subscription plans are no longer allows for Azure OpenAI use regardless of gating email.
Our team is still working on getting this communicated to avoid any confusion and inconvenience. Your subscription should be a pay-as-you-go account to ensure Azure OpenAI deployments are successful once your request is approved. Since you are using free trial subscription, please upgrade to pay-as-you-go and try.
