My problem started in early 2022. The first time the problem occurred was because I reinstalled the system. After the installation, I immediately felt that the mouse speed was wrong. I wondered if it was a system problem, so I went to install it again. Lenovo's original system returned to normal, but the problem came back in June 2022. I didn't know how to solve it at all, so I installed the original system in November 2022, and the problem was solved again. The time came in February 2023. In March, the problem came again. This time, no matter what method I used or how many times I installed the original system, I could not restore it. My description of my own problem is that the mouse speed decreases. The mouse speed here may also be the decrease in mouse acceleration. For example, if I physically move the mouse 5cm, the mouse originally moved 10 pixels on the screen when it was normal, but now it only moves 7 pixels.

To achieve this purpose, you can follow below steps: 1.Press "Win + I" to open windows setting 2.Go to "Devices" and select "Mouse" in the left panel. 3.Adjust the pointer speed using the slider. Meanwhile you can plug in another mouse and check if there's any difference. Hope this answer can help you well. Best Regards, Hania Lian
