Hi guys, A user user1@company.com created a calendar and shared it with a user2@company.com. If I run Get-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity "user1@company.com:\Calendar\Sub Calendar" I get the list of users and their permissions with user2@company.com being listed. However, I can't find and therefore add it in user2@ Outlook. Could you please help me with it.

The easiest way to achieve that would be to select the sub-folder calendar use the Share Calendar button in Outlook. This will generate a "calendar sharing" message and the recipient will be able to simply click on the "Accept" button to get access. Here's an article with detailed steps: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/share-an-outlook-calendar-with-other-people-353ed2c1-3ec5-449d-8c73-6931a0adab88#ID0EBBF=Classic_Outlook If you need to grant the permissions outside of Outlook, make sure to add at least FolderVisible permissions on the parent Calendar folder, as well as the "root" folder of the mailbox. This is required for the other user to be able to then use the "open another mailbox" functionality within Outlook, which in turn will allow access to the sub-folder calendar.
