Screen sharing and camera issues on New Microsoft Teams

Hello, I have been facing an issue with the new Teams. Whenever I connect to a call (group or individual call) and if someone shares their screen or video with me, the Teams call blank out and I cannot see the video or screen sharing at all (I can only hear the audio but no video or shared screen). Previously this issue got resolved while restarting the Teams or even my laptop but now-a-days there is no solution. I have switched back to old Teams which is working fine for me. P.S.: Because I access multiple accounts on Teams, I would prefer to have the New Teams but it just does not work right now for me. Although the new Teams works fine for the same account on another laptop (Dell) but does not work on mine (MSI Gaming laptop) for some reason. Let me know if you need more details on this issue.     Based on your description, it looks as if there is an incompatibility issue between new Teams and MSI.

    There are a few possible solutions that you can try:

    • Check and update if the Microsoft Teams is the latest version.
    • Disable GPU hardware acceleration in Teams settings. Teams -> Click on your profile photo -> Settings -> Enable “Disable GPU hardware acceleration “. Then quit Teams from the taskbar and restart it.
    • Clear the Teams cache from your device.
    • If you’re using the Teams desktop or mobile app, try using the web version: https://teams.microsoft.com/.

    Otherwise, New Teams currently has a few features that aren't perfect, and as an alternative solution you can switch back to old Teams if you need to.
