Hi !
To access RDS Farm with windows hello pin, i've followed this documentation : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/identity-protection/hello-for-business/rdp-sign-in?tabs=intune
It works well, i could successfully connect with my PIN.
But, after disconnecting from RDS, the next sign in prompts me for credentials instead of PIN :
I need to click "other choise" then enter my PIN. Do you know if it's normal ? And how can i solve this problem ? Thank you :)
Hi, Can you check if you can access the Certificate Authority CRL from the RDS server? Also check the event logs as this will provide the error logs and issue regarding the authentication using PIN. Configure Timeout settings for disconnected sessions and what happens if you initiate a new session?
Hello,You may check your credentials in "Credential Manager" and see if there is anything abnormal in it.
