Hi,

David's MS-900 exam is valid, we as a company had completed and paid for it for him, I felt like I had followed all his details but it was still compatible in my account, so the certificate is in my account. Could this get into David's account?

    Hi, @Kitenge Ilunga

If David's MS-900 exam was completed and paid for by your company, but the certificate ended up in your account instead of David's, you may need to take steps to transfer the certification to David's account. Here's what you can do: Contact Microsoft Certification Support: Reach out to Microsoft Certification Support and explain the situation. Provide them with all the necessary details, including David's name, the exam completed (MS-900), and any transaction or registration information associated with the exam. Provide Proof of Payment: If your company paid for the exam, you may need to provide proof of payment to Microsoft Certification Support. This could include receipts, invoices, or any other documentation confirming the payment. Verify David's Identity: Microsoft Certification Support may ask for verification of David's identity to ensure that the certification is transferred to the correct individual. This could involve providing personal information or verifying ownership of David's Microsoft account. Request Certificate Transfer: Once Microsoft Certification Support verifies the details and David's identity, they should be able to assist with transferring the certification to David's account. They may provide further instructions or assistance in completing the transfer process. Follow-Up and Confirmation: After initiating the request for certificate transfer, follow up with Microsoft Certification Support as needed to ensure that the process is completed successfully. Once the transfer is complete, David should be able to access his certification in his Microsoft account.

It's essential to communicate with Microsoft Certification Support promptly and provide all necessary information to expedite the process of transferring the certification to David's account.
