get/config ip address failed

Question

I can connnect internet over ipv6 but faild to get ipv4 address. The router has offer ip to the PC ,but PC still use 169.254.0.0/16.

Your IPv4 address is 169.254.210.255, it is class B address and assigned by computer itself when DHCP server is not available or no responding from the DHCP server.

Please kindly check:

1. If the DHCP Server is available and configured well.
2. If the Windows client and get DHCP IP correctly.
