OneDrive | View Online is not available

Hello, View Online Option is not visible in the files of OneDrive from Windows 11 Operating System. It is managed by SCCM and Intune. View Online option is available in Windows 10 device. This is not managed by Intune. Checked that OneDrive is not running in "elevated privileges".

Hi,

I suggest you uninstall OneDrive from Windows 11 and then re-install OneDrive without Intune. If you can see the View online option under Windows 11 that isn't managed by Intune, then it's possible that the issue caused by the policies configured on Intune. It is recommended that you try this method first to help narrow down the problem, it's glad to help you.

@Emi Zhang-MSFT Thanks for the reply. Device shows like below under Settings -> Accounts -> Access work or School I cannot disconnect.

Same device shows as "In Grace Period"

Please let me know what else can be checked.

@Boopathi Subramaniam, Thanks for the reply. For the InGracePeriod status, it is a value which is determined by the combination of a device's grace period, and a device's actual status for that compliance policy. When a grace period has been set for the compliance policy, the device will be marked In grace period before the grace period expire. Here is a link with more details:

For your primary issue, to narrow down, you can check on a Windows 11 device which is not enrolled into Intune to see if the option is there.

Meanwhile, for the affected windows 11 device, you can also check in Intune portal to see if any OneDrive related policy deployed to this device under Devices, the affected device, configuration Profile.
