W365 Cloud PC fails to load due to missing APP DATA folder.

My W365 Cloud PC was working fine for months. Now if fails to start due to a missing folder apparently. That folder is ...\AppData\Local\Packages\MicrosoftCorporation\Windows365_8.... I guess I'm just wondering (1) how this happened and (2) how to recover from it. A coworker of mine does have this folder and his Cloud PC is fine. How do I refresh this machine so that this package is populated?
