How to submit a support request
I am trying to submit a Support Request via aka.ms/prosupport. I am looking to get a one-time incident plan. When I fill out the form and click "Add Contract" or "Add Subscription" I am informed, "You are currently signed in using an Azure Active Directory account. The purchase of Professional Support plans must be made using a Microsoft Account. To learn more about this process, please click here." The 'click here' link doesn't clarify for me. I've called both the support number (800)642-7676 and the Azur Support Team (800)936-5800. In all cases I am asked if I have a case number (no) and an account Id (no). In which case I am referred, again, to aka.ms/prosupport. How do I get out of this loop and get some support?
