How to retrieve deleted files in OneDrive that were not put in the recycle bin

Question

Three days ago, I deleted the 'Desktop' file from OneDrive. It has over 9000 units so it did not get put into the trash bin. How do I recover the Desktop and associated files? I tried System Restore to a week ago. I looked in OneDrive's recycle bin. The items are not there. I right clicked the OneDrive file, opened Properties and Previous Versions and there weren't any versions there. There is nothing in my Personal Vault backed up. Any ideas where this data could be found and reinstated? Thanks, Kim Swinehart
