Office365 Message Encryption error

Can anyone help me out where to find "Office 365 message encryption portal" ? I got a message asking to approve "Admin content" something like this

Please review the admin consent request for Office 365 message encryption portal by this date

    Go to the Enterprise Apps section in the Azure portal and search for: "Office 365 Message Encryption Portal" or App ID: 3a9ddf38-83f3-4ea1-a33a-ecf934644e2d You will see the application You can approve following this doc: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/enterprise-apps/review-admin-consent-requests or go the Permissions section of that app and consent: User's image

    To access the portal, you can sign in with your Microsoft account or with the work or school account you use with Microsoft 365. If you have received an encrypted message from an organization that uses Microsoft 365 Message Encryption, you can sign in to view your message. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/sign-in-to-view-your-microsoft-365-encrypted-message-0a57775d-0a2c-4aaf-a370-ceb079f19454
