black screen with mouse cursor only

windows 10 & windows 11 system, after keyin the domain username and password, black screen with mouse cursor only. waiting for even more than 30mins. the windows still black screen with mouse cursor only. click ctrl+alt+del, click File->Run New Task, input msconfig disable the service - AppReadiness and restart the computer, the system looks ok. but after few days, the issue happening again. here are many systems have the same issue. and the issue not every time, it is happening sometimes. can advise how to solve the issue? t

Have a look at Event Viewer and in log files you may find a clue on what causing this problem. Check and make sure Windows and Graphic Card drivers are fully updated.

Graphic Card, BIOS, network adapter were updated already. but still have same issue. many of system have same issue.

Are you facing the same issue if you boot system in Safe Mode or perform a Clean Boot?

Have you tried Safe Mode and Clean Boot as I mentioned earlier? Did you manage to reproduce the problem?
