Hi Bramha Naskari, Thank you for posting this in Microsoft Q&A. Looks like the subscription was attached to the organization that you left sometime back. In this situation you will have to contact subscription owner of other organization and get the subscription moved to your new tenant. Well consider I'm employee of x firm and x firm is having azure cloud environment. I want use azure cloud environment for pipeline so first organization wants me to sign up for free account and wants me to get used to with azure services first. While I'm creating free account it is asking me to add my personal credit card details. As I said earlier that x firm is tenant and under the tenant, I want to use free subscription still it's asking me to fill card details. It should be hierarchical; I mean if x firm is partner of azure, then all the employee of x firm should be able to use free subscription first. However, it's asking card details which the security breach and I is guess certain amount will deduct let us know what to do in such cases.

Under the organization employees should be able to use free account that was my understanding however by adding card it'll cost from employees' personal account so kindly highlight on this.
