Trying to use Free Subscription by using organization domain however it wants me to add card details so is it mandatory? and it's fine to add card details on personal azure account but why on the account which I'm trying to use by organization ID ?

    Hi Bramha Naskari, Thank you for posting this in Microsoft Q&A. Looks like the subscription was attached to the organization that you left sometime back. In this situation you will have to contact subscription owner of other organization and get the subscription moved to your new tenant.
