I'm trying to create a new Microsoft Entra ID tenant on Azure with my free Microsoft Entra ID P2 subscription, but the option to select Microsoft Entra ID is not available. It appears that a recent policy change requires a paid P1 license or higher, and my current trial license does not qualify. I need guidance on how to proceed with the tenant creation under these new requirements.

Hi @G O , please follow these steps and let me know if they work:

    1. Check if you have a paid P1 license or higher: As per the policy change, a paid P1 license or higher is required to create a new Microsoft Entra ID tenant. You can check if you have a paid license by going to the Azure portal and navigating to the "Subscriptions" page. If you have a paid license, you should see it listed under the "Products" column.
    2. Upgrade your license: If you do not have a paid P1 license or higher, you can upgrade your license by going to the "Subscriptions" page in the Azure portal and selecting the subscription you want to upgrade. Then, click on the "Upgrade" button and select the P1 or higher license that you want to upgrade to.

Please let me know if you have any questions and I can help you further.
