- Check if you have a paid P1 license or higher: As per the policy change, a paid P1 license or higher is required to create a new Microsoft Entra ID tenant. You can check if you have a paid license by going to the Azure portal and navigating to the "Subscriptions" page. If you have a paid license, you should see it listed under the "Products" column.
- Upgrade your license: If you do not have a paid P1 license or higher, you can upgrade your license by going to the "Subscriptions" page in the Azure portal and selecting the subscription you want to upgrade. Then, click on the "Upgrade" button and select the P1 or higher license that you want to upgrade to.
