Ho do I know if I have to Migrate to the Authentication methods policy in Entra ID

There was a note from Microsoft to my organization mentioning :Migrate to the Authentication methods policy in Entra ID by 30 September 2025. How do I check if I still have legacy multifactor authentication (MFA) and self-service password reset (SSPR) policies? Thanks,
