    If you mean the “Sync (Pull then Push)” command from the GIT menu, it is available when the project is added to Git.

    In your image, the project is not yet added to Git.

    In addition, click on the "Git Changes" tab (it's at the bottom of the "Solution Explorer" window. I know that in the last few years, the location of some of the Git stuff has changed (for the better, IMHO)
