Missing Certification tab

While trying to renew my Azure Network Engineer Associate Certification, I can't find the certification tab in my account and when I click on "Connect certification profile" I get "No certification profile found,,,,,,.". I need your assistance urgently to resolve this issue before the due date, please. Thank You!
