create a E5 Subscription but get an error (developer program)

Hello, I'm trying to create a E5 Subscription but when I get to phone verification step for the last 2 weeks or so.
I get an error while trying to send the code to my phone number: We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:
Your phone number did not pass security checks. I've been using this phone number for over 22 years.
Tried also the phone of my wife and other phone numbers The exact error message:
We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason: Your phone number did not pass security checks.
