Hello, Here are some steps that you can try: Re-calibrate the touchscreen: Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Tablet PC Settings > Calibrate the screen for pen or touch input. Follow the on-screen instructions to recalibrate your touchscreen. Update the touchscreen driver: Go to Device Manager > Human Interface Devices > touchscreen (it may be listed as HID-compliant touch screen or similar). Right-click it and choose ‘Update driver’. Roll back the touchscreen driver: In Device Manager, right-click your touchscreen, choose ‘Properties’, go to the ‘Driver’ tab and click ‘Roll Back Driver’. This can help if a recent update caused the problem. Disable and re-enable the touchscreen: In Device Manager, right-click your touchscreen and choose ‘Disable device’. Then right-click it again and choose ‘Enable device’. Meanwhile, the OS build version is 22635.3130, this should be an updated version that just came out in the past few days. I also suspect that the system version and the driver are incompatible, so the previous system version also has the same problem, or after updating the system version. Best Regards, Hania Lian
