Not able to reschedule certification

Question

Hello, I had an exam scheduled for the Azure Fundamentals certification which was canceled by the Proctor from PearsonVue. They asked me to reschedule the exam. I am not able to see the "certifications" option under my profile on Microsoft learn and as such am not able to reschedule it. When I try to schedule a new exam, I get this message on the PearsonVue site: "The candidate currently has an open registration for this exam. A new registration cannot be created at this time." How can I reschedule this exam? Thanks!
