Learn SQL Server Reporting Services Step by Step

Hello ! I am new to SSRS and i need a step by step approach to learn it and gain enough confidence to put it as a skill to apply for jobs. I went through the SSRS documentation and it's hard to understand what's written in there. Can anyone help ?
