Could you tell me when is the date microsoft edge version 17 and 18 were released?

Based on the description in the original post, It looks like you are referring to the EdgeHTML version. (Please correct me if I misunderstand here.)

I try to check the documents and found that,

The EdgeHTML 17 was released with the Windows 10 April 2018 Update (04/2018, Build 17134).

The EdgeHTML 18 was released with the Windows 10 October 2018 Update (10/2018, Build 17763).
