As I understand, you want to know how to use orafce extension in Azure PostgreSQL Flexible Server version 16.

As per the official document, it is not yet available in 16 version. I will check internally on the expected timeline for the same and get back here.

We started using orafce functions and packages in Azure Database for PostgreSQL flexible server. I read that orafce extension is not supported in Azure Database for PostgreSQL flexible server with PostgreSQL version 16, is there any alternative for this?

Orafce support for PG 16 should be available in 2-3 weeks. This is currently getting rolled out worldwide and you should see our updated documentation as soon as the rollout is complete.
