Issue with configuring network settings for OpenAI

During OpenAI deployment I choose this setting as I want to enable access only from selected private VNet: User's image

My VNet has an address space /25. All IPs are available besides Azure reserved ones. After choosing VNet there is a field with creating new subnet. By default it's creating /26 address space (range 0-63). I tried with starting from 0.64 with /26 or with 10.230.9.32 with /27 but the same error occurs: Subnet with address prefix does not have enough capacity to add another IP address. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for answer. I'm wondering why so many IP addresses is needed. When I'm using newly created default network setting, not the existing one, with smaller subnet range, I'm not notified about having not enough capacity.
