Need Information regarding Microsoft .net framework (UG) - PGP

Question

Hi Vendor Team,   Hope all is well with you !.   We are from Enbridge application support team; we are trying to audit and rotate the encryption keys.  We would like to know if “Microsoft .Net Framework” uses PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) protocol for any sort of encryption. If yes, when was the PGP encryption key last rotated.   Kindly respond to the email within 2 business days.   Thanks, Enbridge Application Support Team
