Hi Guys, I had a laptop that has a kind of screenshot button at the lower right task bar that has a shape of a pen, so when you clic on it all the screen will be frozen so you can edit, crop or save.

can someone knows how to get that back please?

    Hello,

    Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

    Actually, Windows built-in capture tool icon is not like a pen, perhaps you are using third-party tool, I think. You are able to capture screenshot by below built-in two methods on Windows client: 1.Snipping Tool: Click on Start menu and type “Snipping Tool” in the search bar. Once you open it you can go on and create a capture. 2.Run Win + Shift + S: Once you run Win + Shift + S the window will be frozen, and you can do the capture.
