Trying to enable GPO for One Drive Silent Sign in

Trying to set our one drive clients to silently sign in, but it still just shows the gray cloud with "Silently sign in users to the OneDrive sync app with their Windows credentials" enabled and "Use OneDrive Files On-Demand' enabled, when logging into a machine that has the policy but registry settings are set but will not log into one drive with their appropriate credentials. Any help would be appreciated. We are in a hybrid AD environment btw.....thanks
