Hello Team,

I have ServiceNow URI to create request in Service Now. It uses basic authentication with username and password before creating request in service now.
I am stuck at this authentication point, not sure how to pass the username and password when I am using this ServiceNow URI in azure action groups.

@Ajit Chaudhari Thanks again for reaching out. Resurfacing the information from the comments to here for broader community usage.

Please find the service now documentation for Integrating Azure Monitor with basic authentication. Would request you to go through that and see if that caters your need.

Also other possible way to integrate with ServiceNow is to Create a scripted REST API in ServiceNow and invoke a Webhook using that URI, this is especially for Service Health Alerts.

Hope the above information helps. Please feel free to revert back if you have any other specific queries. Thank you
