Microsoft Word: Document Translation Failed/Unable to reach

Question

Microsoft Word translator feature does not work when behind organisation firewall. The feature works when proxy server is dropped or when using 365 web version. Are there any domains or IPs that can be added as exceptions in the firewall to allow for this to work? Or offer any other advice on how to resolve? Thanks
