SharePoint 2019 on-premises custom logging

Hi, I am looking for a solution that aggregates certain audit events throughout my farm. Let me elaborate; I need to capture following events 'View', 'Download' and 'Preview' a file.

I know the first two can be done by the ootb audit logging capabilities extended with Content Type audit logging. So that's covered. What I'm now looking for is a method to also capture the event 'Preview'. What I mean with preview is, when a user previews a file through the WOPI-frame (provided by Office Online Server (OOS)). Anyone in the know on how to do this, if it's possible at all?
