Dear Support Team,

I trust this message finds you well. I recently took the Azure 900 exam but unfortunately did not pass. I am eager to obtain the certificate for uploading purposes; however, I seem to have forgotten the email ID with which I registered for the exam.   Could you please assist me in retrieving the associated email ID or provide guidance on the necessary steps to rectify this situation?   Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
