error when fetching keyvault secrets in devops release pipeline

Hi,
I have a devops pipeline library which is linked to a keyvault :
when running the release pipeline it fetches those secrets, and for some reason I get this errors for all secrest to fetch (one secret in this example) :
What does this error mean, and how to solve it ?
