Global Secure Access Private Enterprise Access rules wont remove

i have 1 x Global Secure Access Private Access rules wont be removed even though i have removed it as an application within the Entra ID portal. Is there any other way to check on this or to try to remove it?

- Where were you viewing the rules after deletion, if you could share a screenshot of the same.
