No notification on Authenticator since I changed my phone

Hey! My precedent phone broke down. I tried to synchronize Authenticator with my new phone, it works great BUT for one organization linked to my Teams I cannot swap to it. I have a red exclamation mark near the name of the organization and it asks me to use the passsword sent as a notification in Authenticator. I get no notification. The notifications on the app are allowed and it worked great on my last cellphone.

    Hi Philippe,

    the "Action Required" status is related to accounts where you have configured push notifications. Because push notifications are linked to the device. The synchronization works with other methods.
