I have also tried all those other methods of recover your account. The last time the support engineer said someone (specialist) will reach out to me after he found my azure acct. in the backend. I havent been contacted yet.

Hi @Dillon Silzer - I tried giving support a call but they route me to online self support. Do you suggest i create another support ticket or is the one ID i provided above sufficient to keep moving forward. I just wanted to know whats the best next.
