Microsoft authenticator

Question

Hola , vengo usando Microsoft authenticator hace como un año. Tenía varias cuentas sincronizadas. Tuve que hacer un reseteo de fabrica al celular y no hice una copia de seguridad del authenticator. Cuando volví a instalar la app , no tenía nada y no puedo conseguirlo nuevamente. Esto me impide acceder a cuentas de trabajo como de ocio. Necesito urgentemente ayuda! Gracias -----Hello , i've belen using Microsoft authenticator flor about a year. I had several accounts synchronized. I had to factory reset my phone and didnt make a backup of the authenticator. When i reinstalled the app, i had nothing , and i cant retrieve it again. This prevents me from accesing both work and leisure accounts. I urgently need help. Thanks
