NDR goes to Junk folder

Since last week My NDR mail is going to Junk folder The mail is related to Exceeded Exchange size limit
In my case I cannot sent more that 10 MB but its look like the file is 11MB so I could not send it as well as I try to send by changing the file as well
I know I can solve this problem by increasing the EXO size limit but the problem is my NDR email goes to junk folder due to which I cannot able to know that my mail didnot send as no notification occur there and that make me trouble I have check each and every policy like spam protection , malware protection but could not found the reason at all Is there anyone who know why this is happening ?

    NDR emails go into the junk folder, this can be due to a number of reasons.

    To troubleshoot, please double-check the content of the NDR email to see if there are any words or phrases that might trigger spam filters. If so, try rewriting your email to avoid these triggers. Alternatively, you could try the general troubleshooting steps for emails being mistakenly sent to the Junk Email folder to see if that resolves the issue.
